Free printable alphabet coloring pages in lovely original illustrations — uppercase and lowercase, available in English, Spanish and French.
The theme of each letter matches our popular alphabet flash cards. Coloring is a wonderful way to introduce young learners to letters through an activity they enjoy — it doesn't matter if they can't yet read, they can color in the shapes and gradually become familiar with letters and words.
Each page features a large uppercase and lowercase letter alongside an original illustration — A is for Alligator, B is for Bear, and so on through to Z. The same characters appear in our alphabet flash cards, so the two sets work well together.
How to use
Print the pages you need on standard A4 or US Letter paper. Cardstock works well if you want the finished pages to last longer. Hand them over with crayons, felt tips or coloured pencils — the bold outlines work with any medium.
You can print the full set of 26 letters at once, or individual letters as you need them. Many parents and teachers like to introduce one letter per week alongside other alphabet activities.
